Carenet Healthcare Services is currently seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, committed and talented individual to join Carenet’s clinical management team. The Clinical Services Director will become part of an accomplished management team, lead and direct activities, cultivate employee relationships, and enjoy a unique clinical setting. You will be a key player in the support of the Carenet clinical team.

Carenet provides 24/7 telephone Demand Management services that include Nurse Triage, Medical Decision Support, Medical Device Monitoring Services, Member Engagement Initiatives and Marketing Support programs.

High-Level Responsibilities:

Crucial to Carenet’s culture, the Clinical Services Director is highly visible and drives the positive work environment and team atmosphere of the department. Top candidates will have prior call center supervisor or director experience with a consultative approach and the ability to successfully build and lead effective teams. Responsibilities include:

§ Coach, mentor, supervise and evaluate the performance of an assigned team of RN’s including Clinical Managers, Supervisors and Staff

§ Direct the call center activities to meet quality driven performance metrics including center service levels, staffing, customer satisfaction and departmental performance metrics

§ Create, develop and conduct staff motivational and developmental activities

§ Provide organization, direction and staffing for calls and phone queue assignments to ensure all calls are answered in accordance with Carenet’s policies and procedures

§ Cultivate staff to meet or exceed required standards, results, and responsibilities

§ Coordinate efforts with internal departments and subject matter experts

§ Represent Carenet at various job fairs and positively in the community

§ Direct and deliver results in support of URAC/NCQA accreditation/certification

    High Level Qualifications:

    § Have an unrestricted current RN Texas license or a current state license as a RN, with the ability to become licensed in Texas

    § Minimum ten years clinical and/or medical management experience with three years of related clinical experience in acute or ambulatory area or tele-health

    § Prior results oriented management or supervisory experience

    § Varied clinical experiences in order to provide clinical

    § Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, Internet Searches

    § Minimum of an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school or Diploma Nursing Program

    § Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong leadership capabilities are required

    § Proven track record of creating and supporting a positive work and team environment

    § Excellent time management, organization, research, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills

    § Able to work independently and make decisions with minimum of supervision

    § Flexible and able to respond to the needs of a 24/7/365 operation
